Yes. JM Contracting is a complete exterior and building envelope contractor. Siding, cladding, soffit, fascia, trim, metal panels, exterior painting and water intrusion repair, plus residential and commercial roofing, for homes and commercial buildings.

Every building is different. Size, materials, access, the number of elevations and the condition underneath all factor in. After an on-site inspection we give you a clear written estimate covering what is included, so you can plan with confidence.

Yes, and hail rarely stops at the roof. We inspect the exterior, including siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough as well as the roof, document what we find, and give you a written scope you can hand to your insurer. Whether a claim is approved, and what it covers, is decided by your insurer under your policy. Once the scope is settled we carry out the work it covers.

Most residential roof replacements are completed in one to three days depending on size, complexity and weather. Siding and cladding projects depend more on the number of elevations and the detail around openings. We confirm a realistic timeline up front and keep you posted at each stage.
